Vacation Rentals
We offer fully furnished vacation homes from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Most have large decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Some amenities include tiki huts and hot tubs on the deck, pool tables, cable TV, DVD player and High Speed Internet Connection. Beach chairs and barbecue grills are provided for your use. Please note that we do not furnish soap, cleaning supplies or paper products. You can choose oceanfront, oceanfront with a small road, ocean view or riverfront. A tennis court, basketball court, playground and fishing dock are within walking distance from some of the homes.

Check in / Check out
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. til 5:00 p.m. Please make arrangements with us if you plan to arrive late. Check out time is promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Cleaning Fees
Some homes require interim cleaning. There is a one time departure cleaning fee.
Cancellations
Full payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Rent and deposits are non-refundable should you cancel. Some exceptions may apply.

Pets
Some homes do allow pets, however dogs on the beach here in Volusia County are not allowed.
Rules
No weddings, parties or large gatherings. The homes have a maximum of how many people are allowed. You must respect that number. Some homes have limited parking. No parking in the streets. House rules and guidelines are posted in the homes. All of our homes do not allow smoking inside or on the premises.
Departure
You must bring all keys back to the office upon departure. Along with your confirmation letter, we will send you a complete information sheet with details.
