Each with private bath. One of the bedrooms has a twin futon the other has a fold out couch. Sleeps 10. House rules are posted and given out upon confirmation of your rental. No large gatherings, weddings or receptions. No more than three cars allowed. No parking on the street. Pets on approval. No cats. No smoking of any kind, at anytime, anywhere on the premises. Family member have allergies. Loss of security/damage deposit if smoke is detected.
