Fully furnished vacation homes from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Most have large decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Some amenities include tiki huts and hot tubs on the deck, pool tables, cable TV, DVD player and High Speed Internet Connection.  Beach chairs and barbecue grills are provided for your use.  

Some homes do allow pets, however dogs on the beach here in Volusia county are not allowed.  Many of the homes are located in an area where there is no driving on the beach.  You can choose oceanfront, oceanfront with a small road or oceanview.  A tennis court, basketball court, playground and fishing dock are within walking distance from some of the homes.

As Realtors, we offer our services should you decide you would like to purchase a home or condo.  New Smyrna Beach is a small relaxed community with great beaches, boating and fishing, nature trails, bike paths, shopping and history dating back to the 1700’s.  We are approximately an hour and a half from Walt Disney World, Sea World and the other attractions in Orlando, one hour to the Kennedy Space Center and 30 minutes to the Daytona International Speedway.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. til 5:00 p.m. Please make arrangements with us if you plan to arrive late.  Check out time is promptly at 10:00 a.m.  You must bring all keys back to the office upon departure.  Along with your confirmation letter, we will send you a complete information sheet with details.

There is a one time departure cleaning fee. Prices vary per house due to size.
Please note that we do not furnish soap, cleaning supplies or paper products.  Cancellations or no shows forfeit deposits and advance rent, if we can’t rebook same dates.   If the house is listed for sale, we reserve the right to show it during your stay.
